Belonging matters because strong communities are built on connection. When people feel included, connected, seen, and empowered, communities thrive. In a time marked by increasing polarization and division, we need more spaces where people can share their stories, empathize with one another, and learn how to navigate differences in ways that strengthen rather than weaken their communities. Communities can cultivate the understanding, relationships, and shared purpose needed to address challenges together.
